Exchanges must be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Custom-made or personalized items are non-exchangeable unless they are defective or damaged.
2. How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange:

Our team will guide you through the exchange process and provide an Exchange Authorization Number.
Send the item back to us following the provided instructions.

3. Shipping Costs
UK Exchanges: Exchanges within the UK are free.
International Exchanges: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer a full exchange or refund and cover the return shipping costs.
